Infraestrutura e Construção

Ricardo has extensive experience in the infrastructure and construction sector. He is involved in all phases of the infrastructure investment cycle, from modeling for investment fundraising, negotiation and management of construction contracts, to dispute resolution through Dispute Boards and arbitration. Additionally, he serves as an arbitrator and represents clients in various sectors, both domestic and international, in large-scale transactions related to infrastructure projects such as ports, power plants, highways, subways, and refineries.

Ricardo is the architect of Municipal Law No. 16.873/2018, which regulates the use of Dispute Boards in the Municipality of São Paulo, and Bill No. 2.421/2021, currently under consideration in the Chamber of Deputies.
