Luiz has extensive experience in tax planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments, succession planning, tax credit recovery, tax reviews and tax modeling. He also acts in tax litigation, especially within the scope of the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF).
