With more than 20 years of experience in the practice of tax litigation, Fabiana represents clients in tax proceedings at the administrative and judicial levels before the federal, state and municipal governments, with a preponderant role in matters involving indirect taxation. Her activities include tax consulting, with emphasis on energy (oil and gas) and mining.

Fabiana holds an LL.M. in Tax Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-MG). She is a specialist in Oil and Gas Regulation and Business at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Graduated in Law from FUMEC, Minas Gerais (2001).
