Glaucus Simas is the managing partner of the firm, having as main activity the coordination of the Administrative Law area, actingin biddings, administrative contracts in general and concessions and partnerships (PPP’S) specifically, claims and monitoring of inspections made by the Court of Auditors. With almost 20 years of practice in consultancy and judicial/administrative litigation facing several state agencies, he has excelled inserving the heavy construction, machines and equipment, advisory engineering and vehicle rental sectors.
