Legal manager with more than 15 years of experience in Legal Management, leading teams and works in advisory and litigation areas, being recognized for the work in the Tax and Civil Law areas. Alexandra is responsible for planning and executing strategies in relevant matters with large and medium-sized companies operating throughout the Brazilian territory, such as advice on construction and diagnosis of tax planning, tax procedures, and due diligence processes. Alexandra is also responsible for the modernization of the routine management model of the Legal area, through the implementation of new processes and workflows, and performance indicators, with a view to safeguarding Organizational Compliance. Responsible for the management of predictive consultancies enabling tax solutions in accordance with current legislation, in addition to minimizing and managing risks, maximizing margins and the competitiveness of clients’ organizations.
