Adalicia Torres, as the head of the Tax and Compliance Department at Torres Legal, focuses on providing tax advice at both national and international levels to individuals, legal entities, and multinational groups.

Her expertise covers the review and preparation of a wide range of contracts, from basic to highly complex ones. She has worked on banking contracts, investment agreements, company incorporations, mergers, leases, sales agreements, shareholder agreements, and other relevant legal aspects.

Before her tenure at Torres Legal, Adalicia served as a paralegal at the National Council of the Judiciary in El Salvador, demonstrating remarkable efficiency and effectiveness in the assigned tasks.

Adalicia Torres is distinguished for her extensive knowledge in regulatory and tax areas, as well as her ability to handle a variety of contracts and legal transactions.
