Career

Fátima Vallejo is a lawyer with a notable career in public administration and law. Currently, she works as a Associate in the Public Administration Department at Torres Legal from 2023 to the present. Her focus is on providing specialized advice on public procurement processes, public accounting trials, tenders, and other procedures derived from governmental management.

Previously, she held a position of significant responsibility as Head of the Institutional Procurement and Contracting Unit at the Municipal City Hall of Nuevo Cuscatlán between 2022 and 2023. In this role, she supervised the execution of the institutional budget allocated for works, goods, and services, along with the annual procurement and contracting planning, demonstrating management and leadership skills.

Earlier, at the same city hall, from 2020 to 2021, Fátima worked as a Technician in the Institutional Procurement and Contracting Unit, solidifying her experience in procurement processes within the governmental sphere.

Her experience also includes her role as a Pre-University Course Professor at the Universidad Centroamericana "José Simeón Cañas" in 2021, where she shared her knowledge and experience with future university students.

Additionally, Fátima has collaborated with the Ministry of Justice and Public Security of El Salvador, contributing as a Legal Collaborator in the General Directorate of Special Projects, providing her with a broad insight into governmental legal projects.
