Paralegal

Omar Pérez, as a paralegal in the Regulatory and Tax Department at Torres Legal, aids clients in tax assessment and fine determination procedures, dealings with the Public Treasury, autonomous institutions, and provides support concerning municipal affairs.

Before joining the firm, he served as a Legal Assistant in a private law office, where he assisted in drafting various legal documents such as property sales, vehicle sales, property rights, judicial, administrative, special, and specific powers of attorney, revocable and irrevocable donations, rights assignments, lawsuits, counterclaims, responses to lawsuits, appointments, company incorporations, amendments to agreements, authorizations for minors' departures, passport processing, among others.
