Winny Zelaya is a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Department at Torres Legal. She is responsible for drafting and filing a variety of legal documents such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and procedural writings. She also manages and organizes documentation and evidence related to cases.

She completed her social service hours at the Consumer Protection Office, where she assisted in processing ongoing cases and overseeing their dispute resolution processes. She coordinated complaints and provided advice via the Consumer Protection Office's social media channels, and she verified hearings, settlements, and case closures.
