Mrs. Reicher is a senior partner at Szazi, Bechara Storto Reicher e Figueiredo Lopes Advogados. She is the head of Constitutional Law, also she co-heads the Social Business and Human Rights Law of the firm.

Career

She co-lead the elaboration of the Brazilian civil society report on the implementation on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. She was also one of the representatives of civil society organizations debating the report with the UN Committee on the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, in Geneva, 2015.

Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (COGEAE) in the specialization course in Management of Social Projects in Third Sector Organizations. Researcher linked to NEATS - Center for Advanced Studies of the Third Sector at PUC/SP. She is also a Brazilian correspondent for the United States International Grantmaking (USIG) project of the International Center for Non-profit Law.

She also advises civil society organizations, companies and public bodies in structuring and implementing policies, programs and projects of public interest.

Mrs. Reicher has a Master of Laws, University of São Paulo, Brazil. She defended her master dissertation in 2009 on “Capacities and Human Rights: A Conceptual Analysis from the perspective of Martha Nussbaum”. She has a Specialization in Constitutional Law, School of Constitutional Law, Brazil, 2006, and a Bachelor of Laws, Curitiba Law School, Brazil, 2002.
