Andrea Cabrera is a versatile lawyer with extensive experience across multiple legal areas, including contract preparation for the shopping center industry, family businesses, and commercial companies. She is currently active in criminal, civil, commercial, and constitutional litigation, as well as in the analysis of cases and the exploration of alternative solutions to legal conflicts.

Andrea has significant expertise in criminal cases related to medical malpractice, environmental contamination, intellectual property violations, and fraud. Her well-rounded practice enables her to navigate complex legal matters and provide effective solutions for her clients across various industries.

In addition to her legal practice, Andrea served as an assistant professor in Criminal Procedure Law and Crimes Related to Public Office at the Faculty of Law of Universidad Francisco Marroquín, contributing to the academic development of future legal professionals.

Andrea Cabrera graduated from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in 2013 with a law degree. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She also completed a Postgraduate degree in Criminal Law at the Universidad del Istmo and earned a Master’s in Economic Criminal Law from the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja.
