Vivian Díaz is an experienced lawyer with over six years of experience working within Guatemala’s Judicial Branch. She is currently focused on criminal and constitutional litigation, where she applies her extensive knowledge to resolve complex legal disputes.

In addition to her practice, Vivian has contributed to the academic field as an assistant professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, where she taught courses on Criminal Procedure Law, Tax Crimes, and Crimes Related to the Practice of Notarial Law.

Vivian's background in both the judicial system and academia equips her with a strong understanding of the legal landscape, enabling her to provide comprehensive and strategic legal solutions for her clients.

Vivian Díaz graduated from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala in 2017 with a law degree. She has also completed the coursework for a Master’s degree in Constitutional Law at the same institution.
