Richard joined Helix Law in 2019 with a First Class Honours Degree in Law from Birkbeck College, University of London. He was admitted as a solicitor in October 2022.

If a commercial outcome without issuing court proceedings is possible Richard will help you achieve it. If it isn’t he is very happy to litigate on behalf of claimants or defendants. He will deliver clear and direct advice to assist you in resolving your dispute.

He regularly conducts litigation in the County Courts and Chancery Division of the High Court, He currently acts in shareholder, partnership, insolvency and other commercial and property disputes. Richard has experience in managing complex and multi-party litigation, obtaining urgent interim injunctions and conducting multi-track proceedings to trial.
