Professional Support Lawyer

I started at Mills & Reeve in 2003 as a trainee and worked for 15 years post qualification as a solicitor giving client advice.  After six years as a Principal Associate, in 2021 I took on the role of Professional Support Lawyer for the national team.  I now support the team in managing know-how and precedents and also organising and providing training.  I work on pricing, efficiency and innovation initiatives aimed at improving client service and delivery.
