Carlos Eduardo has more than 11 years of experience advising clients on national and international matters related to Corporate and Commercial Law, and M&A transactions. Carlos Eduardo focuses his practice in the structuring and negotiation of national and cross-borders sales and acquisitions of Colombian and cross border companies, spin-off process, composition and decisions of corporate bodies, corporate governance, structuring and negotiation of shareholders agreements, winding up procedures, reorganizations and corporate conflicts, among others.

Carlos Eduardo earned his J.D. from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá Colombia) and has specializations in Commercial Law and Company Law from the same University. In addition, Carlos Eduardo has an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London.
