Mónica has more than 20 years of experience counseling companies and local and foreign clients. She is part of the corporate law department of the Law Firm, and readers gives advice in merger and acquisitions dealings, real estate projects, corporate matters as incorporation, and liquidation of companies, negotiation and elaboration of commercial agreements, and intellectual property advice. Mónica also counsels Colombian families in estate planning structures and inheritance.

Monica is an attorney from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia). She is specialized on Commercial Law from same Universtiy and with a specialization on Contracts Law from Nuestra Señora del Rosario University (Bogotá, Colombia). She has undertaken legal English courses and has also attended seminary courses on antitrust and competition law and trusts law.
