Pedro is a lawyer from Universidad Sergio Arboleda (Bogotá, Colombia), with a specialization in Commercial and Financial Law from the same University. Pedro is also a mediator in Civil and Commercial matters of the Universidad Javeriana (Bogotá, Colombia), and has a seminary diploma in State Contracting from the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
