Labor Practice Director

Ingrid has more than twelve (12 ) years of work experience advising national and international companies from different industries on labor matters, social security and migratory affairs. Ingrid focuses her practice on labor and social security litigation, administrative processes before the local authority (UGPP) and M&A processes. Before joining the Firm, Ingrid was manager of the Deloitte’s Labor and Social Security team.

Ingrid obtained her law degree (JD) from Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia), has a Master’s degree in Labor and Social Security Law from Universidad Javeriana, is a specialist in Labor Law, specialist in Social Security Law, and studied international Social Security at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid, Spain).
