Alberto, founding partner, has focused his practice mainly on mergers and acquisitions, investments and capital markets, both locally and internationally. In addition, he has vast experience in corporate governance advisory. He has been a member of more than a dozen boards of directors, both in Chile and abroad, even chairing some of them. Worked at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, Los Ángeles, Ca, EE.UU. (1992) and with Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, Nueva York, EE.UU (1993).

Spanish and English

Law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1989), admitted by the Supreme Court of Justice of Chile  in 1990. He has an LL.M.,  at Duke University School of Law (1992).
