José Miguel has more than 15 years of professional experience, providing legal advice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate matters, corporate governance, financing, international investments and capital markets.  He is currently a member of the board of directors of several companies in  financial, retail and investment sectors in Chile and abroad. Worked at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton, Bs. Aires, Argentina (2012).
