Mr. Memon has extensive experience in a wide range of transaction advisory in corporate, financial, and commercial matters with an emphasis on banking and finance (including loan syndication, Islamic finance, debt restructurings, secured and unsecured lending and project financing), capital markets, mergers, and acquisitions. He has also worked on several PPP mode projects.

He also regularly advises clients on matters pertaining to property, tax, employment, competition, and foreign exchange laws and provides project consultancy services in banking and financing, energy, educational, media, oil and gas sectors.
