Diego Diniz Ribeiro is a former judge from the Federal Administrative Tax Court (CARF) and a very experienced lawyer in complex tax litigation cases. Also, he is highly respected among his peers due to his deep knowledge both in civil procedure and tax law, being very assertive in presenting technical solutions and in developing efficient strategies for conducting tax and customs disputes.

Diego has a master’s degree in tax law and is currently finishing his Doctorate at University of São Paulo, in civil procedure law area, and is a regular speaker at FGV/SP and in most of courses on tax and customs law. He is also acknowledged by his regular articles at Consultor Jurídico website (“Direto do CARF”), presenting a critical analysis of CARF’s jurisprudence.
