Victor has been practicing Immigration, Asylum, Human Rights and Public Law since 2010. He have seven years of experience as a Solicitor specializing in Immigration, Asylum, Human Rights and Public Law. This has increased his passion for Immigration, Human Rights and Public law. He is very passionate about defending the rights of individuals and communities facing discrimination, injustice, and oppression. He has successfully represented clients in complex and sensitive cases involving Asylum, Human Rights, Deportation, Victim of Trafficking, Bail, Detention and Judicial Review. He has also successfully represented clients in various applications which includes Global/Exceptional Talent Visa , Exceptional Talent/Global Talent Visa, Extension & Settlement in Skilled worker visa and Tier 1 visa, Spouse Visa (overseas), Spouse Visa, Visitor Visa, Student and Graduate Visa, 10 Years Lawful Residence, 20 Years Unlawful Visa, British Citizenship and EEA Settlement scheme.

Victor has over five years’ experience in supervising legal assistants, paralegals, trainee Solicitors and Solicitors. He has great attention to detail in providing quality and sufficient advice to his clients on their cases and especially to complex and sensitive cases.
