Nils Reerink has been practicing as a lawyer since 1997 and with Davids Advocaten since 2012. He is primarily active in the field of insolvency and corporate law. Nils is highly experienced in restructuring, financing & securities and corporate litigation, and has been involved as a trustee or lawyer in the settlement of hundreds of bankruptcies. This makes him ideally equipped to advise companies in (the preliminary phases of) bankruptcy, suspensions of payments and restarts. Before joining Davids Advocaten as a partner, Nils worked at Willems Advocaten, Wiersma Mendel Prakke, and Holland Van Gijzen and De Metz.
