Career
Joël Bouman has been at Davids Advocaten since 2024. He advises companies and business people facing (imminent) bankruptcy, as well as companies in financial difficulty that are looking to restructure. Joël advises and litigates on a variety of corporate law issues and commercial disputes. He also supports trustees in the settlement of bankruptcies. Before joining Davids Advocaten, Joël worked at a medium-sized firm in Amsterdam and gained a year’s experience operating as a trustee.
