Career

Dr Ghassemi is a former litigation manager at several state organisations, and a university professor at Shahid Beheshti University, Tehran. An advisor to the Iranian Vice Presidency for Science and Technology, he has demonstrable knowledge and expertise in the field of innovation and technology law, and is the Founding Partner of Dadflamingo, Lawmingo (AI-based contract developing platform), Emzano (an e-signature service) and Flamingo College.

Dr Ghassemi is highly experienced in contentious matters between state-owned entities and private companies, and has been advising foreign and domestic public and private entities and globally ranked international law firms on a variety of matters including dispute management, tenders, energy, foreign investment, corporate and contract, transfer of technology, IP and local content for more than fifteen years.
