Since 2015, Dadflamingo has been providing legal services in areas of complex business law, financing and cross-border transactions to entities conducting commercial operations in/with Iran. Dadflamingo has become the “go-to” firm not only for legal services, but also for its business consultancy services in Iran’s tech-start-up space. Dadflamingo’s in-house valuation experts provide consultancy services to tech-company clients on how to improve and commercialise their business models.

Practice areas: Our main areas of legal practice include arbitration, corporate and M&A, commercial, contracts, disputes and litigation, e-commerce, finance, fintech, foreign investment, import & export, IP, IT and technology, labour, projects, tax, and transport.

LegalTech: Dadflamingo’s activities do not stop at the provision of legal services. What distinguishes Dadflamingo from other participants in the Iranian legal service market is its parallel pursuit of legal-tech, and its dedication to the transfer of knowledge. Dadflamingo has developed a knowledge-based enterprise for streamlining certain legal services. This resulted in the launch of Iran’s first, AI-based contract developing platform, “Lawmingo” (which enables users to finalize contracts tailored to their needs), and an e-signature service, “Emzano” (an equivalent to “Docusign”, developed to enable users to sign electronic agreements online).

Training: Dadflamingo is strongly dedicated to training the younger generation of lawyers and legal professionals seeking to pursue similar objectives. With the aim of sharing knowledge and ideas, Dadflamingo’s lawyers frequently organize specialised seminars and educational courses on salient topics involving technology and innovation law. The great demand for such training led to the establishment of Dadflamingo’s educational arm, “Flamingo College”.

Team: Dadflamingo's legal department consists of a core team of ten lawyers, who are all alumni of top three law schools of Iran and have been practicing as attorneys-at-law in Iran for several years, representing domestic and foreign clients before local courts. Almost all of our lawyers have obtained graduate law degrees from leading European and American law schools.

Our valuation and commercialisation departments have on board dedicated teams of professionals who understand business imperatives and work hard to deliver top-class solutions and services to our clients. We are multilingual and we speak Farsi, English, French, Russian and Turkish.
