Dr. Shahin Fadakar is a distinguished member of the Central Bar Association of Iran and an accomplished legal expert with a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Ottawa, Canada. Renowned for his dual expertise in legal practice and academia, Dr. Fadakar brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to his work. Formerly a partner at ILO, he specializes in corporate law, arbitration, labor and employment law, public and administrative law, business contracts, and foreign investment, among other fields.

Dr. Fadakar’s academic journey is marked by exceptional achievements. After earning his LL.B. from Shahid Beheshti University (SBU) in Iran—where he ranked 18th nationwide in the university entrance exam—he went on to secure the top rank in the national entrance exam for the LL.M. program in private law at SBU. Following his LL.M., he pursued advanced studies at the University of Ottawa, where he obtained his Ph.D. in Law. His academic excellence is complemented by teaching experience at prestigious institutions, including the Science and Research University of Tehran (the flagship branch of Azad University) and Algonquin College in Canada.
