Leveraging her experience in the legal field, Hadir co-founded Hafez & Partners in 2021, a law firm dedicated to delivering tailored legal solutions while drawing upon her background in complex and high-stakes transactions.

Hadir leads the team in providing legal support and advisory services across corporate, commercial, transactional and employment matters, supporting various sectors such as oil and gas, tourism, infrastructure, education, and real estate. She advises both local and international clients, including prominent names like Integrated Diagnostics Holding, Bunge, Maxim Investment Group and Breda Energia S.p.A.

Throughout her career, Hadir has successfully closed high valued deals for clients operating in regulatory-intensive industries, including telecom, FMCG, energy, infrastructure, and ICT. Notable deals she advised on include the acquisition of East Gas of a stake in the submarine pipeline owner East Mediterranean Gas Co; advising on the global restructuring of General Electric and the sale of their nuclear turbine business in Egypt; Majorel’s acquisition of local entities held by IST Networks, and also guided Vodafone in its acquisition of a stake in Ebtikar Holding for Financial Services S.A.E. She further represented Benya Technologies in its acquisition of a tower company, securing the necessary regulatory approvals and negotiated as well with the Arab Organization for Industrialization for the establishment of fiber optics cable factories in Suez Canal Economic Zone. She currently represents Maxim Investment Group in assessing and negotiating various projects across several sectors and leads her team acting as legal advisors for AlRajhi International Agricultural Investment SAE company, providing comprehensive legal and regulatory guidance on key aspects of Egyptian law.

Hadir holds a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from both Cairo University and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, along with an LLM from the University of Toronto.
