Piotr is an advocate experienced in corporate law, shareholder disputes and white-collar crime.

Piotr advised in numerous M&A transactions throughout the full life cycle of a deal, starting from a concept phase, through negotiations and closing to post-transactional transitions.

Piotr advises in relation to financial markets regulations, issuing and transferring financial instruments.

He creates and executes strategies in complex business disputes, including white-collar crime.

For several years Piotr was a Judge of the Court of Appeal at the Polish Volleyball Federation.

Piotr started his career in a boutique Polish law firm specialized in corporate dispute resolution and strategic advisory. Then he opened an independent legal practice which joined GP Partners in 2019.

Piotr graduated from the Law Faculty of the Koźmiński University in Warsaw. Piotr studied also at the Universidad Autonoma de Barcelona in Spain. He completed postgraduate studies of Investment Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics.
