Alper has been advising clients on a vast spectrum of Turkish corporate law matters for over 15 years. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions. His experience in acquisitions varies from equity-based public and private take-overs to non-equity based deals involving the acquisition of spun-off business assets and real estate based acquisitions, having advised his clients also in the joint venture and option-based exit arrangements. Alper also specializes in corporate governance matters and advises his clients in daily governance matters, as advising on management liabilities, corporate decision-making processes and tailor-made structuring of voting and representation preferences.

Alper has represented his clients in various M&A related disputes before courts and international arbitral tribunals. He is one of the go-to arbitration practitioners in Turkey for M&A and corporate law based cross border disputes.
