Aytuğ is a graduate of Çankaya University, Ankara. He has completed his one-year compulsory traineeship under the supervision of the President of Union of Turkish Bar Association and had his LLM in Rotterdam Erasmus Universiteit in the Netherlands. After working as a legal counsel of a state owned Petroleum Distribution Company in Ankara, he decided to move to Istanbul and joined a Legal500 law firm. Aytuğ is a lawyer since 2009.

On December 2015, Aytug Established his own law firm Eyüboğlu&Büyükatak Law Firm.

Aytuğ is advising various individual and corporate clients mostly from the Gulf region investing in real estate in Turkey. His expertise includes real property acquisitions for his clients, project development structuring and zoning issues. He has been involved in almost all types of real estate deals run by our firm. Real estate acquisitions led by Aytug during 2013 have a value of more than USD 20 million. He holds a PhD on “Delegation and Limitation of Management & Representation Powers In Joint Stock Companies“. Aytuğ is a member of The Hague Academy of Private International Law and also a congress member of Fenerbahçe Sports Club.

Aytuğ speaks fluent Dutch and English and has basic skills in German.
