David Devesa's experience in the negotiation and legal advice for the purchase and sale of companies or the acquisition of significant stakes in them, in alternative financing agreements with investment funds (both equity and debt) and in exits to capital markets is particularly noteworthy.

Mr. Devesa is an independent board member in several companies in different productive sectors and lead investor in Dentol Capital.

Member of the Bar Association since 2003. Lawyer assigned to the Corporate Law Department of PricewaterhouseCoopers - Landwell (2003-2007).
