Sebastián Crespo is managing partner of the litigation department of Devesa Abogados. He has extensive experience in the legal management of civil, commercial, bankruptcy and economic criminal proceedings. He has intervened in many legal proceedings before different Courts and Tribunals throughout Spain, defending the rights and interests of our clients, designing the legal strategy and carrying it out in all instances.

His training and professional career has led him to be appointed as arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Alicante, in arbitration proceedings between companies in conflict.

Member of the Bar Association since 2002. Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration of the Alicante Chamber of Commerce.

Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Alicante.
