Responsible for the labor department of Devesa Abogados, he has extensive experience in the continuous legal advice to companies from different sectors and business areas, having intervened not only in the assistance for the resolution of the day-to-day legal-labor problems of clients in the private sector, but also in public or semi-public companies.

He has assisted and intervened satisfactorily in the realization of collective bargaining processes, such as those corresponding to the negotiations of collective bargaining agreements both sectorial and provincial, having assisted, advised and intervened in defense of employers in the procedures of Employment Regulation Procedures (ERE's) and Temporary Employment Regulation Procedures (ERTE's) for various reasons of force majeure, or objective economic, organizational, technical or productive, equality plans, etc..
