Senior Associate

Javier is a senior associate in the commercial department of Devesa. He joined the Devesa team in 2023, after having been part of the international law firm CMS for seven years.

He specializes in providing commercial and contractual legal advice to local and international companies, focusing mainly on mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructurings, corporate governance and corporate law.

Throughout his career, Javier has carried out different secondments in national and multinational companies of recognized prestige and from different sectors such as the hotel industry, wholesale trade of cosmetic products or real estate consultancy. This has allowed him to acquire additional experience on the needs and concerns that clients have on a daily basis.

Member of the Madrid Bar Association.

Law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. Master's Degree in Law from the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles de Madrid (I.E.B.).
