María Roldán has had the privilege of representing clients ranging in size from small start-ups to large corporations, providing legal services tailored to their specific needs. His experience focuses on a variety of areas of business law, including commercial contracts, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, intellectual property and regulatory compliance. He has advised both domestic and international clients in creating sound business structures, negotiating strategic agreements and resolving disputes effectively.
