Alberto has more than 29 years of professional experience and is specialized in internal legal advice for commercial companies, with the functions of legal counsel, Secretary, Director and Administrator of some of them, as well as in external advice to companies, in civil and commercial matters (contracting, nationally and internationally, advising on the negotiation of all types of commercial contracts of particular complexity).

In addition, he has wide experience in the corporate-commercial field in oil, industrial, hotel and real estate sectors, with international dialogue; advice and execution of M&A transactions; execution of equity restructuring, both for family groups and companies; advice and management of foreign investments in Spain and Spanish ones abroad, including tax optimization through the creation of companies domiciled in EU countries or other more advantageous taxation.

​Alberto has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and a master's degree in Business Legal Advice from the Madrid Business Institute (IE).
