Paloma is specialised in corporate and commercial law, contracting, M&A and due diligence.

​Paloma advices about commercial and corporate legal aspects to national and international companies as well as to Spanish subsidiaries companies of multinational corporations.

​Additionally, she's Secretary of several companies.

​Paloma has a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid, a master's degree in Company Legal Advice from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) of Madrid, has attended a general legal course at the Legal Practice School of Madrid and is member of the Bar Association of Madrid.
