Senior Associate

After 5 years of practice in the Corporate Commerical Departement of CERHA HEMPEL Rechtsanwälte GmbH Valentin took up a position as in-house counsel in a large SEE restructuring project.

After a tenure in the telecommunications industry he joined Rizzi Rechtsanwälte GmbH in 2022.

Valentin has been involved in a wide range of corporate transactions as external and internal legal counsel and also as a business consulter. Thus he acquired intimate knowledge not only of the core transaction business but also the adjacent issues often connected to acquisitions, restructuring and the subsequent integrations as well as general commercial law.
