Senior Lawyer

With nearly ten years of professional experience, Araz has provided legal support to companies operating in various sectors, including finance, trade, procurement, manufacturing, and construction. Over the course of his career, he has held senior legal roles, overseeing legal operations, advising on corporate structuring and capital increases, and conducting legal audits for large organizations.

Araz specializes in corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and maritime law. Notably, he played a key role in the establishment of Azerbaijan’s first and largest factoring company, contributing to the practical implementation and legal application of factoring services in accordance with national legislation.

In addition to his legal practice, Araz has also been engaged in academic teaching in the field of commercial law, sharing his knowledge and practical experience with university students.

Araz currently serves as a Board Member at the Azerbaijan-Turkey Businessmen’s Association, actively supporting initiatives that foster legal and economic cooperation between the two countries.
