Head of Private Clients

Zuzanna Maszczyńska heads the Private Client Department and is also a member of the Litigation and Arbitration practices. She provides comprehensive services to individual clients, their families, and companies related to them by capital or person. The scope of these services covers various areas of law, among others, civil law, family law, criminal law, as well as corporate matters, wealth planning and asset management. Zuzanna understands that a private client is client of all needs; she leads teams that combine lawyers of Viroux & Partners’ other practice groups to ensure her clients are receiving full-scope legal services. Beyond serving private individuals, Zuzanna represents clients in disputes concerning various commercial matters, including company law, trade contracts, tort and unfair competition. She also works with clients in in the construction industry, mainly in the infrastructure and machinery sectors. She has been a leading advisor in numerous, complex litigation matters. Among others, she has defended foreign companies doing business in Poland in cases related to breach of fair competition rules and represented clients in construction disputes over key construction projects in the country.
