Head of Corporate Disputes

Aleksandra Terc is the Head of Corporate Dispute. She has over 12 years of experience, handling a wide range of matters including civil litigations, and commercial and corporate disputes. Aleksandra has also conducted many corporate restructurings in the construction, energy and environmental sectors. She advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-borders transactions and proceedings. Thanks to her knowledge gained from corporate and commercial disputes, she works with clients to implement effective dispute-avoidance mechanisms into transactions. Prior to joining Viroux & Partners, Aleksandra gained experience in a prominent, international law firm in Warsaw.
