Aladdin graduated from the University of London in 2009 and trained in a leading firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and started practising in Oman in 2011 with a prominent Omani Law Firm until 2012. His experience has focused on general corporate and commercial transactional work and supervisory work on disputes resolution and arbitrations in Oman. He has then spent his career with a United Kingdom based multinational company in Omani as in-house counsel. He used to overlook many cross-border transactions and maintain the compliance function for the Group’s Middle East and South Asia offices. He now heads the office’s Corporate and Commercial Practice Group. His general corporate transactional practice and extensive experience include a broad range of business regulatory and corporate governance matters, including representing corporations, auditing and other professional firms, investment banks, and other financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate and complex securities matters across a wide range of industries.
