He has been providing commercial and institutional consultancy at almost every stage of a company’s business in various subjects including company establishment, M&A, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, negotiations, preparation, examination and providing legal opinion on commercial contracts in a wide range of subjects, personal data protection compliance, contract management and legal risk assessment.

Taceddin also has extensive experience in arbitration and commercial litigation proceedings executed in foreign jurisdictions in collaboration with foreign firms from countries including the UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore, Thailand and UAE.
