Founding Partner

Yuşa is a founding partner at SSI and specializes in commercial contracts, dispute resolution, enforcement proceedings and employment law.

He represents many national and foreign clients in their litigation and mediation procedures. His practice also comprises advising companies on their day-to-day business, commercial contracts, investment strategies and corporate governance issues.

Yuşa is also experienced in employment law matters and represent clients in all their employment matters including litigation, mediation, the implementation of preventive measures in clients’ employment policies.
