Edanur is an associate at SSI, specializing in commercial, corporate, real estate and construction law. She graduated with honors, completing a double major.

Edanur has been providing commercial consultancy services at almost every stage of a company’s business in various subjects including company establishment, contract negotiations, preparation, examination and providing legal opinion on commercial contracts in a wide range of subjects, personal data protection compliance, contract management and legal risk assessment.

In addition, Edanur works in capital market transactions including adjusting articles, preparation of prospectus and independent lawyer report for IPO transactions.
