Ömer Esentürk graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed his legal internship within our office. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in private law at Istanbul University.

He is involved in the preparation and review of contracts, helping clients manage legal risks they may encounter in their commercial relationships. Within the scope of corporate law, he provides legal support to our clients in matters such as company formation, general assembly and board of directors processes, as well as other corporate transactions.

In the field of employment law, he works on resolving disputes arising from employer-employee relationships and participates in the preparation of employment contracts. Under the framework of immigration law, he assists foreigners with legal processes in Türkiye, including residence and work permits.

He also works in the field of personal data protection law, supporting clients in ensuring data security and compliance with regulations.
