Costs Lawyer

Natalie began her career in costs in 2003. She qualified in 2008 and, following the implementation of the Legal Services Act 2007, was one of the first to become a Costs Lawyer. This brought the ability to conduct cost litigation and advocacy in her own right as well as regulation by the Costs Lawyer Standard Board.

Over the last 19 years Natalie has developed considerable experience in a wide range of civil matters preparing Inter-partes Bills of Costs in many courts, undertaking negotiations, preparing Points of Reply and Costs Budgets. Natalie has particular experience in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases.
