I am a founding partner of Wordley Partnership and former partner at a leading international law firm. My focus is on national and international dispute resolution (commercial litigation and arbitration) as well as insurance and reinsurance including advising on (re)insurance product development, defending clients against claims and regulatory investigations, prosecuting claims and advising on insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes.

In (re)insurance I advise on high value and complex defence and (re)insurance coverage matters in the areas of professional negligence/indemnity, corporate liability and management liability, fidelity/crime,  marine cargo,  trade credit,  political risk,  property damage, business interruption and contingent business interruption claims (including Bermuda Form arbitrations).

My cross border experience includes advising on issues involving many jurisdictions around the world, including Europe, Scandinavia,  the Middle East,  Africa,  North and South America  and Australia.
